We regularly prepare short- or long- term Powers of Attorney for clients, such as General or Lasting Powers of Attorney. It serves to appoint someone to manage your affairs before or after you have become physically or mentally incapable. It is a very practical tool during your lifetime and after your death your Last Will takes over the distribution of your estate. Many clients prepare their Lasting Powers of Attorney and Last Wills at the same time to offer them complete protection.
