Lease – Granting or taking (up to 7 years only, with or without security of tenure or rent bond), rent review, assignment, Licence to Assign, Authorised Guarantee Agreement and Rent Deposit Deed;
Conversion of joint tenancy into tenants-in-common and the reverse;
