- Application for grant of Premises Licence (for sale of alcohol and/or late night refreshments, provision of public entertainment and late closing) – From £1,000 per licence.

7. POWER OF ATTORNEY, DEED POLL & STATUTORY DECLARATION
For a straightforward document with signing in our office and no issue or dispute:-
- General Power of Attorney (one to one only) – From £180.
- Lasting Power of Attorney (one to one only) including registration at Office of Public Guardian – From £450.
- Special Power of Attorney (one to one only) – From £380.
- Deed Poll, Statutory Declaration and Statement of Truth (by one only) – From £250.
8. LEGALISATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR USE OVERSEAS
Please note that legalisation fees are payable to Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (“FCDO”) and (for documents to be used in China) Chinese Consulate General (“CCG”) in addition to our legal fees for dealing with legalisation:-
- By FCDO only – From £140 per document supplied or required.
- By FCDO and CCG – From £280 per document supplied or required.
- Arranging documents to be signed before a local Notary Public – From £50 per document plus his fees.
- For amending the documents to suit the requirements of FCDO and CCG and (if necessary) provide essential English translation – From £100 per document supplied or required.
- Authentication and translation (English/Chinese) of documents.
- Administration of oaths.
- Single status statutory declaration.
- Waiver of Inheritance Rights.
- Deed of Family Arrangement.
